My Thai Bride Selected for IDFA.

My Thai Bride has been selected in competition for best mid-length documentary at the 24th International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (16-26 November 2011).

“I’m really excited to be selected, especially as it is our first long film. Obviously, no-one could wish for a better launch than IDFA.” said Producer/Director David Tucker. “I’m sure I will be very nervous watching our film with such a discerning audience.”

David will participate in Q&A sessions at the film’s screenings. Also attending the screenings will be Ashleigh Hooker (writer/editor) and Ted Rees, one of the central characters of the film.
